the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was fantastic. they not only explained eveything, the walked with you to show you where to go. I will reccommend this hotel to whomever I know that is going to Venice!! Thank you so much.

per una famiglia con 2 o piu' bambini e' una soluzione molto interessante , il prezzo per una suite in piazza San Marco non si discosta dalle camere quadruple di altri hotel , bellissima la suite , unico neo non e' indicato da nessuna parte dove si trova e quindi dovrete chiedere .

The entire experience was absolutely superb. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We arrived late at night, due to delays, and it was raining. We found it difficult to get in and got quite scared that we would be spending the first night elsewhere! Better directions would help or an ideas of where to get the key at night. Otherwise we were very pleased indeed with the rooms - thank you
